Terms & Conditions — CZ111 Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and CZ111 ("CZ111", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at cz111.cam and any associated services, features, content and functionality offered therein.

By accessing the CZ111 platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing content, registering an account, placing wagers, accessing game guides or using any information service provided — you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the CZ111 platform. These Terms apply to all users regardless of device type, geographic location or the manner of access.

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the CZ111 website at cz111.cam, including all pages, subdomains, content, features and services available thereon.
• "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a User on a game outcome, sporting event or other market offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback offer or other incentive made available by the Platform, subject to specific promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required of all Users prior to withdrawal of funds or at the Platform's discretion.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering compliance obligations applicable to the operation of the Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region where access to or use of the Platform is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, content, software, designs, databases and other proprietary materials associated with CZ111.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond CZ111's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, regulatory changes, technical failures or cyber attacks.

To register and maintain an Account on the CZ111 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the jurisdiction in which the relevant license is held, whichever is greater. CZ111 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any User found to be underage will have their Account suspended immediately, all associated winnings voided and deposited funds returned subject to verification.

You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from within, any Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. CZ111 does not guarantee legality of use in any particular location and accepts no liability for Users accessing the Platform from Restricted Jurisdictions.

Each User may only hold one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities if applicable.

You must be acting exclusively on your own behalf. You may not create or operate an Account on behalf of a third party, act as an agent for another person, or allow any other individual to operate your Account.

Registration requires provision of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any additional details requested during the registration flow. You are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate and up to date.

CZ111 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. You may be required to submit supporting documentation including — but not limited to — a valid government-issued photo identification, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of source of funds. KYC verification may be requested at any time, including before processing withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. CZ111 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account where the User has failed to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

CZ111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account without prior notice where there is a reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity misrepresentation or use of prohibited technical tools. Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support.

Your use of the CZ111 Platform is granted on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not confer any ownership rights in the Platform or its content.

You may use the Platform to access game guides, sports betting information, educational content, account management features and the game lobby in accordance with these Terms and any applicable rules specific to individual games or promotions.

CZ111 makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults and Force Majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. CZ111 accepts no liability for losses attributable to Platform downtime or technical interruptions.

You are responsible for ensuring your device, browser and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements for Platform use. CZ111 does not distribute any proprietary software for download unless explicitly stated. You must not attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer or extract source code from any component of the Platform.

All financial transactions on the Platform — including deposits, withdrawals and any associated fees — are subject to the payment terms set out in this Section and in any supplementary cashier guidance provided within the Platform interface.

Available deposit methods are displayed in the Platform cashier and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Payment infrastructure references on this Platform — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are educational context only. None of these institutions endorse gambling, and their availability as deposit methods must be verified directly in the cashier before any transaction is initiated.

Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits, minimum withdrawal thresholds and maximum withdrawal limits are specified within the cashier and may vary by payment method, Account tier and verification status. PKR-denominated limits are applied where applicable.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and internal compliance review. CZ111 does not guarantee processing times for any specific payment method. Processing windows stated on the Platform are estimates only and may be extended by operator compliance checks, payment provider processing times or banking business day constraints.

You may only deposit funds that you personally own and that are free of any third-party claim. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, using credit card facilities to obtain funds, or using funds derived from unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.

CZ111 may offer a range of promotional incentives to new and existing Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this Section. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

All bonus amounts — and, where stated, the combined deposit and bonus amount — are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of PKR 5,000 subject to a 30× wagering requirement would require PKR 150,000 in qualifying wagers to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is established. These figures are illustrative; actual requirements vary by promotion.

While a bonus is active, your maximum permitted bet per round, spin or wager may be restricted — commonly to a figure such as PKR 1,000. Placing bets in excess of this limit during active bonus play may result in the bonus being voided in full, regardless of whether the wagering requirement has been partially met.

Different game types contribute different percentages toward clearing a wagering requirement. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games may contribute a lower percentage (e.g., 10%–25%), and some game categories — including certain live dealer titles — may contribute 0%. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.

Bonuses that are not activated within a specified acceptance window, and wagering requirements that are not met within the designated rollover period following bonus activation, will be automatically forfeited. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are removed without compensation.

CZ111 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold withdrawals where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated exploitation of promotions, low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or systematic exploitation of game mechanics during bonus play.

All wagers placed on the CZ111 Platform are subject to the rules applicable to the specific game or market. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before wagering.

All games offered through the Platform — whether operated by the Platform directly or by a third-party technology provider — are subject to random number generator (RNG) certification and/or live game integrity standards. RTP (Return to Player) percentages stated on the Platform are theoretical, long-run statistical values, not guarantees of return on any individual session or wager.

Sports betting markets, including cricket markets covering PSL, T20 and ICC tournaments, are offered for informational and entertainment purposes. CZ111 has no affiliation, partnership or endorsement relationship with PCB, PSL, ICC, or any cricket board, franchise or sporting body. Odds are provided by third-party data partners and are subject to change up to and including event commencement.

CZ111 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at erroneous odds due to technical malfunction, obvious pricing errors or data feed failures. Where bets are voided, the original stake is returned to the User's Account. CZ111's determination regarding void bets and error corrections is final.

In-play betting markets are subject to real-time odds changes, market suspension during critical match events and possible delay between match state and odds update. CZ111 accepts no liability for bets placed on the basis of odds that were under review or during a suspension window.

CZ111 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing Users with the tools and information necessary to maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following tools are available within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to prevent spending beyond your planned budget.
• Loss Limits: Configure maximum loss thresholds per session, day or week.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or automatic session endings after a specified period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a cooling-off period or longer-term self-exclusion. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed before the designated end date.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during play summarising time spent and wagers placed.

The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 or over, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the CZ111 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity or payment method.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software exploits or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not explicitly permitted.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or glitches for financial gain. Any gains obtained through exploitation must be reported and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, chargebacks or financial crime using the Platform.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Scraping, data-mining or harvesting Platform content without prior written authorisation from CZ111.
• Transmitting malicious code, viruses or any content designed to disrupt Platform operation.
• Impersonating CZ111 staff, agents or other Users.

All intellectual property rights in and to the CZ111 Platform — including but not limited to its trade name, logo, domain name, website design, software, databases, game content, written content and all other proprietary materials — are and remain the exclusive property of CZ111 or its licensors.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, publicly displayed, modified or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of CZ111. Your use of the Platform does not grant you any intellectual property rights beyond the limited licence described in Section 5.

Third-party trademarks, game studio names, sports league references and payment provider names referenced on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion is for contextual and informational purposes only and does not constitute any endorsement, partnership or affiliation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CZ111 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling decisions made by the User.
• Platform unavailability, technical errors or interruptions.
• Unauthorised access to a User's Account due to the User's failure to maintain credential security.
• Inaccuracies in third-party data feeds, odds or game statistics.
• Force Majeure events beyond CZ111's reasonable control.
• Actions taken by payment providers, banks or financial institutions in processing transactions.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, CZ111's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the value of funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arises.

CZ111 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

CZ111 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on record and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the relevant operator holds its license. CZ111 does not claim to be subject to Pakistani law, and users in Pakistan access the Platform subject to the jurisdictional disclaimer set out in Section 1.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Formal dispute resolution procedures — including any applicable mediation or arbitration mechanisms — are set out in the operator's supplementary dispute policy, available upon request.

Nothing in this Section limits a User's statutory rights under the laws of their own jurisdiction to the extent those laws cannot be contractually excluded.
